Our structured onboarding gets community partnerships active fast — without burning out your site staff.

1

Assessment

We review your protocol, therapeutic area, site geography, and FDORA diversity targets. Then we map existing community assets and identify gaps where partnerships can accelerate enrollment.

2

Strategy

We build a community partnership plan tailored to your patient population — selecting the right local partners, developing culturally adapted materials, and defining the retention touchpoints that keep patients engaged.

3

Enrollment

Our coordinators activate community partnerships and drive qualified referrals to your site. We handle pre-screening, logistics, and retention so your team focuses on what matters — running the study.

Our Guarantee
Diversity outcomes or your money back

Diversity isn't optional. Neither is accountability.

Most recruitment firms promise referrals. We promise enrolled, diverse patients who stay through study completion — or we work until we get it right.

That's why our Growth and Enterprise plans include diversity guarantees tied to your FDORA requirements: if we don't hit the demographic targets we've committed to, we don't stop. We adjust strategy, deploy additional community partnerships, and keep going until we do.

  • FDORA-compliant diversity targets built into every plan
  • 85% retention SLA on Growth; 90%+ on Enterprise with remediation plan
  • No hidden fees, no per-patient surcharges, no surprises
  • Monthly billing with a 3-month minimum — cancel anytime after

Questions about our services

The services page describes what we do — our three service tiers, how the process works, and our guarantee. The pricing page shows what you pay — exact dollar amounts for Starter and Growth plans. Both pages are public. Use whichever one answers your question.
We partner directly with community organizations — churches, community health centers, patient advocacy groups, social service agencies, and local events — in the geographies where your site operates. These partnerships give us access to patients who don't respond to digital ads but trust organizations they've been engaged with for years. This is how we reach underrepresented populations that FDA FDORA requirements specifically target.
All major therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiovascular, neurology, endocrinology, immunology, infectious disease, respiratory, dermatology, gastroenterology, psychiatry, rare diseases, and women's health. Our community-based model is particularly effective for conditions that disproportionately affect underrepresented populations — which is exactly what FDORA diversity action plans require you to address.
Yes. We're headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL and serve research sites nationwide. Community partnerships are built in each site's local geography — we don't fly in outreach from Florida. Each plan is scoped to the sites you activate, with local community partners identified and activated per site.
Typical ramp-up is 2–3 weeks from contract signing to first qualified patient referrals. During onboarding we assess your protocol, map community partners in your site's geography, develop culturally appropriate materials, and train your site coordinator. Sites in areas where we have existing community partnerships can see referrals in as little as 10 days.
Retention is built into every plan. Even Starter includes follow-up coordination to reduce no-shows. Growth and Enterprise plans include a formal retention program with transportation assistance, appointment reminders, patient engagement scoring, and proactive outreach to at-risk participants. Our retention SLAs (85% on Growth, 90%+ on Enterprise) are what separate us from firms that count referrals but ignore dropouts.
Billing is monthly with a 3-month minimum commitment — because building community partnerships takes time, and we want both sides invested in results. Starter and Growth plans are month-to-month after the minimum. Enterprise plans are scoped to your trial timeline. You can cancel at the end of any billing period after the minimum commitment.
